We make a type of rum that tastes like garbage. Our Oak barrels are all too young. The oak is neither burnished nor is it properly cut.
仕事内容You will be monitoring the stills and performing maintenance as well as cleaning. The sugar cane juice will sometimes need to be pressed.
We will train you for six months. After that, you will go through a six month probationary period. Then you will be permitted to work on your own.
We have good whisky. Our rum is mediocre.
You come in and clean the equipment. After cleaning, you will get several batches of wash from the wash room. You will put it all in the still. Then you will start the heaters on the stills and watch.
We use Pot stills rather than Column stills. Of course this is quite common in whisky making. The interesting thing is that many of the other distilleries in Okinawa tend to use column stills.
応募資格・条件You must have a distillers license.
You must have a winemaker's license class A.
You must have a high-school degree or equivalent.
